To increase employability of Muslims in Britain & develop linkage with employers.

To build up confidence through the personal development of individuals.

To help nurture and sponsor the talents of the Muslim population.

To become active citizens through integrating into local communities and creating networks with other voluntary organisations and funding bodies.
