Employability:

Projects within the field of employability focus on providing essential training to Muslim youth in order to equip them with the fundamental skills required to enter into the world of work and flourish in their careers. Our aim is to equip young people, graduates and those seeking employment with the key skills and knowledge necessary for them to be successful in the workplace. We are also offering training to those who are seeking further development and leadership opportunities in their careers. This will enable the Muslim community to contribute more towards the world of work in British society.

We aim to provide support from the initial stages of job searching and interview preparation to empowering individuals to excel in their field. Furthermore, we aim to provide opportunities for Muslim youth to discover their abilities and interests and thus open up for them a wider and more suitable selection of possibilities when seeking employment. Our hope is that we work together with people seeking employment, those who are unemployed and graduates as well as those seeking further leadership and development opportunities. By finding out their needs we hope to offer help that is most effective and beneficial.
